How does it know who to contact?

We use your previous fundraiser client list (names, emails, phone numbers). If you’re just starting out, we’ll help you build this list so it improves over time.

What’s the difference between Starter, Plus, and Pro?

  • Starter Plan – Sends a simple email reminder (non-AI) to previous clients once per season.

  • Plus Plan – Sends an email and/or SMS reminder, but still no AI replies — it’s a one-way message.

  • Pro Plan – Uses a conversational AI textbot that not only sends messages but also handles replies, answers questions, and guides clients to rebook or refer new contacts.

What if the contact person has changed?

This advanced feature is available only in the Pro Plan. The AI Textbot will ask, “Are you still the person in charge of fundraising?” If not, it will ask who is — and update the contact info for you automatically.

Can the system handle replies or questions?

Only the Pro Plan includes conversational AI that handles replies. It can answer FAQs, send booking links, and respond just like a human would. The Starter and Plus Plans do not respond — they only send reminders.

What happens when someone wants to renew?

  • Starter/Plus – The reminder includes a link to sign up again or book a call.

Do I need to manage or monitor the messages?
