3. Account Access
CRM access (via a white-labeled platform) may be provided in select cases. It is not automatically included with standard services and is subject to separate approval.
4. Use of Services
You agree not to:
Resell or white-label our services unless enrolled in our Affiliate Program
Use our tools for illegal, unethical, or spam-related activities
Use our services in restricted industries including adult content or gambling
5. Ownership
You retain ownership of your own uploaded content and generated outputs (e.g., blog posts, images).
Best AI Solutions, Inc. retains ownership of all websites, automations, and workflows we create. These are non-transferable to outside hosting platforms.
6. Payments & Billing
Most services are billed on a recurring subscription basis.
Custom projects may include one-time setup or creation fees.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, and PayPal.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. No refunds are provided for prior charges.
Setup and creation fees are non-refundable.
7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. Performance may vary based on multiple factors beyond our control.
8. Affiliate Program
You may only promote or resell our services by enrolling in our official Affiliate Program and agreeing to its separate terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate services for violations of these Terms or non-payment with 15 days’ notice. All access to accounts, websites, and automations will be revoked upon termination. No data or systems will be retained or transferred.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount you have paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users via a banner on our website.
